This site may currently only be used as a shopping resource or to conduct on-line communications. Title of Products, Documents and Fees to Import

All title of products will be passed to customer when order is dispatched by Mimiwoo.com. Mimiwoo.com will deliver the products according to instructions by customer. For many international shipments you may be required to pay customs and duties, obtain certain license or apply for registration of your purchased products in your own country to receive delivery of your package. The customs charge and/or import regulation is determined completely by the government of your country, and as such we have no control over those costs or regulations. As such, Mimiwoo.com will not pay, nor be held responsible, for such costs or arrange for application of import license. By continuing with you order you agree to be responsible for any customs or duties incurred as a result of your country\'s customs and duties regulations as well as obtaining any import registrations or license required for the products you are purchasing. If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country or otherwise and returned to Mimiwoo.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

If you pay by credit card, your card issuer agreement governs your use of your card, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.  YOU, AND NOT MIMIWOO.COM, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY.  You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.  Unless you notify Mimiwoo.com of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you in all respects and for all purposes.  If Mimiwoo.com does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Mimiwoo.com or its agents.

If you pay by PayPal®, the User Agreement for PayPal Service governs your use of that service, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a PayPal member.  YOU, AND NOT MIMIWOO.COM, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BY A THIRD PARTY.  You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.  Unless you notify Mimiwoo.com of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after you first receive notice thereof, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you in all respects and for all purposes.  If Mimiwoo.com does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Mimiwoo.com or its agents.

Mimiwoo.com also offers customers the option to pay by Western Union.  Western Union must be made in US dollars. You are responsible for paying any service charge by your Western Union agent. Please refer to "Shopping Information - Payment" for more information.

For customers in Hong Kong, Mimiwoo.com offers the option to pay by direct deposit to specified bank accounts of Mimiwoo.com.  Please refer to "Shopping Information - Payment" for more information regarding payment by direct deposit.  Any fees payable in connection with direct deposit, including any fees payable by Mimiwoo.com/’s bank, must be paid by customers.

Unless expressly set forth on the Site, we do not accept any other payment form.  If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Please refer to "Shopping Information - Payment" for more information regarding Mimiwoo.com/’s policies and procedures relating to customer payments.

Mimiwoo.com may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that Mimiwoo.com, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to Mimiwoo.com or a third party.
