We do ship internationally. So
you can shop for your overseas friends and relatives, please do not forget to
change the shipping address when you place the order.
Shipping
Cost
The shipping & handling cost
already included in the item price. If you need special shipping service such as
EMS, please let me know, extra shipping cost is needed.
Shipping Methods
Most of the items will be sent
by Registered airmail with tracking number. But some of the small items will be
sent by non-registered mail. For detailed shipping methods, please refer to the
item description.
If your item is defaulted
as shipped by NON-Registered mail, and you want to add extra $1.7 for registered mail with
tracking number, Please purchase this:
$1.7 Registered Air Mailing Fee.
If you need special shipping
service such as EMS, please let us know before you place the order. Extra
shipping cost is needed. Since different countries and parcel weight will charge
differently, we will confirm you the extra cost needed by email.
PLEASE NOTE:
Countries including Russia,
Italy, Argentina, Chili, Brazil
must use
Registered airmail
as per post office suggested.
Delivery time
The goods will be sent to you
within 1-2 business days after we received your payment.
- within Hong Kong, it takes
about 1-3 days
- to Asia & Australia, it takes about 5-10 days
- to US, UK, Canada, Spain & Europe, it takes about 7-14 days
- EMS, it takes about 3-5 days
These are estimated delivery
times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty
regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during
Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although
mimiwoo.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as
soon as we receive them.
PLEASE NOTE:
Since some of the Customs in the countries including
Italy, France, Spain, Russia,
Argentina, Chili, Brazil
may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of
some orders may take 3-4 weeks. If you encounter this problem, please
contact us for more assistance.
Send Out
notification
We will send a Send Out
Notification email to you after we have sent out your order. Most of our orders
are shipped within 1-3 business days after we received your payment. The email
contains the shipping address, and if you items are shipping by Registered mail
or EMS, will also contain a tracking number.
If you do not receive the Send
Out Notification email after 1 week of completed payment, please
contact us.

Order Change or Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel
your order, please
contact us by email as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be changed or
cancelled if items have been shipped out. So please check carefully before
submitting your order.
If we have not received the
payment after 5 working days, the order will be considered as cancelled.

Returns, Exchange & Refund policy |
Return items
You may return products sold by
mimiwoo.com no more than 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery
record), and upon pre-approval of mimiwoo.com. Please note that we do offer
exchanges if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, and
we will pay the return shipping fee if the return is a result of our error.
Digital photos are needed for our reference.
Non-returnable items
We are sorry, but we DO NOT
ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
- Any product
that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
- Any product
that has been used or without original packaging (box or plastic bag)
- Any product
that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any discount,
clearance or sales product that mimiwoo.com has already stated non-returnable.
- Any free gift
item and samples.
- Any product
that is purchased outside mimiwoo.com.
- In the event
of dispute, the decision of mimiwoo.com shall be final and conclusive.
Exchange policy
All products are checked for
quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the
product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged
during the delivery process. If this happened, please return the damaged or
wrong products by our
Return Procedures.
We do offer exchanges only if
you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Digital photos are
needed for our reference. We will arrange to
re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for
purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will also be
refunded by Paypal or offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this
reimbursement.
Only in case the product was
sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase.
Return procedures
You can pack and send your
return to us in just a few simple steps:
1. E-mail us at
eshop@mimiwoo.com
2. Provide us
with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your
return in the email.
3. Pack the
returning products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we
can expedite your request.
4. Send the
returning items by mail to: B3, 10/F Shun Luen Factory Building, 86 Tokwawan
Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
5. Please send
by flat airmail. Do not send by EMS or International courier.
6. All return
shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
Refund policy
In case
of return and refund request which is not due to our error, we regret that we do not refund
original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the
total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or
free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise,
original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
Refund timeline
We will notify you via email of
your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. Refund will
be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within a week of
receiving your return. It takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to
process your credit back to your account. Refund by Paypal will takes 1 to 2
days after we received your return. You may also be refunded by offering you a
credit off your next purchase.
Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are
returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery
attempts or refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns
an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original
shipping fee. We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or
unclaimed. However, customers will be charged the resend shipping fee.
