Below are the steps of adding eyes and lashes to a Doll  Head:

Cut the eyelashes to the size you want.

Fix the eyelash to the eyeball by putty, Place the putty on the top and bottom of the eyeball.

Put the eye to the eye hole carefully. Adjust it to the right position.

Cover the head by skull top

 Doll head with beautiful eye and lashes is finished.
